JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager-Projects

The Area Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering audio-visual projects within the assigned region. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures all work compiles with company policies, procedures, standards and conventions
• Assures each system’s physical completeness is in accordance with installation drawings
• Maintain an on-going dialog with lead installation technician and Project Manager ensuring that work quality, performance, and materials meet required schedules and expectations
• Follows and maintains proper safety practices
• Lead and manage the AV Projects team within the assigned region.
• Adapt at working with subcontractors and managing remote operations.
• Provided technical support for AV as necessary.
• Ensured that all scheduled projects were completed on time.
• Maintained database of all AV activity and Tech updates.
• Reviewed and processed installation updates and reports.
• Work with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop customized audio-visual solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop project scopes, specifications, and estimates.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and support of audio-visual solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients and service teams as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging audio-visual technologies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in managing and delivering audio-visual projects.
• Experience with audio-visual systems design, including audio, video, control systems, and networking infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industry standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Crestron Toolbox.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of audio-visual technologies, signal flow, and video distribution systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities and escalations based on project

deliverables & revenue

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,856.45 - ₹60,000.00 per month
