Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the assigned area. Identify and on board potential dealers, distributors, and corporate clients for EV products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
· Handles dealer grievances by identifying issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain strong dealer relationships.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, BCom, BBA, or a related field. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the EV, automotive, or related industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience with EV industry-specific marketing challenges. Familiarity with green technology or sustainable energy marketing.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
