Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
Manage and lead a team of field sales executives across various districts of Rajasthan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Drive field activities including client visits, sales presentations, and promotional events.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
3 to 5 years of field sales experience
, preferably in
Telecom or Fintech
sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of the Rajasthan market and local geography.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
