Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand sales through channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
  • Ensure proper market coverage, availability, and visibility of products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Conduct regular product training and sales support to dealers and sales executives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotional activities and timely product delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
