Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales for
LT Motors, Induction Motors, AC Motors, Synchronous Motors, Geared Motors, and Drives
.
Conduct regular
client visits
to promote products, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare and present
quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
to clients.
Engage in
price negotiations
and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential customers and
expand the customer base
in industrial and OEM sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure
repeat business and customer satisfaction
.
Collaborate with internal teams for
order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
.
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in
technical discussions, exhibitions, and trade shows
to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in
industrial sales of motors, drives, or related electrical products
.
Strong understanding of
electrical motor applications, specifications, and industrial usage
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Entrepreneurial mindset
with self-motivation and target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Strong professional network and
contacts in the electrical and motor vehicle sectors
will be an advantage.
