Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: - * Generate new customer leads through various dealer & distributor channels. * Has good knowledge in PU foam sales or mattress sales industry. * Industry experience: Foam, Mattress, Furnishings. * Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Maintain accurate sales records and reports on a daily basis. * Monitoring and analysing sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets & Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers. * Ability to analyse market and sales data to inform decision-making 1. Good communication and convincing skills. 2. Target-oriented and driven to achieve results. 3. Geographical know-how of the territory & should have worked in this area 4. Must have foam or mattress experience 5. Owns a vehicle for commute - If required
