Your Role as ASM – Retail:
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)✔ Expand business by onboarding new clients and growing key accounts✔ Develop and manage a strong distributor and supply chain network✔ Execute trade marketing initiatives and brand visibility programs✔ Track competitor moves and share actionable insights✔ Drive in-market activations with ROI-focused execution✔ Analyze sales reports, inventory, and performance KPIs regularly

We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of sales experience in Beverages/FMCGStrong distributor & team management expertiseExcellent negotiation and communication skillsIndependent problem solver and strategic thinkerBachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field
