Job Overview We are seeking a young and proactive Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the client base, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on fieldwork and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Site Visits & Client Consultation: Conduct regular field visits to prospective client sites, understand their requirements, and offer tailored product or service solutions. Act as a key point of contact for major customers during the pre- and post-sales process. Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Effectively communicate and demonstrate the benefits and features of our products/services. Train clients and partners to ensure full understanding and satisfaction Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Ensure client retention by offering consistent support, after-sales service, and proactive engagement. Reporting & Market Analysis: Track sales metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports for management and suggest improvements based on field insights. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Customer Feedback : Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution and high client satisfaction Preferred Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills 3-5 years of relevant field sales experience Please note : This is not a third-party or contractual position. The selected candidate will be a full-time employee of IKO or Lingel, working directly under company rolls and eligible for all employee benefits including salary, incentives, reimbursements, and other perks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
