Sr Area Manager/Asst. Sales Manager (ASM)-B2C

1. Conduct promotional activities (Carpenter meets, Fabricator meets, In-shop meets)

2. Increase product awareness through meeting Builders, Industries and Commercial Segments

3. Identify and acquire institutional clients such as branding agencies, retail chains, architects, government departments, and infrastructure contractors.

4. To meet C & B Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers to introduce the product and seek specification

5. Collect information regarding competitive activities and report to Immediate Boss

6. Must Achieve targets

7. Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast projections to management.

8. Collaborate with marketing to implement localized promotional campaigns and dealer engagement programs.

9. Ensure timely order booking, supply chain coordination, and payment collection

10. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.

11. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduation with 12 years of experience in sales & marketing preferably from UPVC  background with products like tile adhesives, grout, epoxy, screed, etc.
• Experience must cover leading a team to manage product specification process among Architects and consultants.
• The incumbent should be good at: Analytical and problem solving skills Negotiation skills Leadership skills Presentation skills.
