Job Description

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned 

    sales targets

     and ensure continuous tracking of 

    Target vs Achievement

    .
  • Ensure 

    Primary vs Secondary sales contribution of minimum 60%

    , as defined by HO.
  • Analyze gaps and take corrective actions to improve sales performance.

2. Call Productivity & Market Feedback

  • Ensure 

    minimum 20 compulsory productive calls per day

    , as mandated by Head Office.
  • Collect, review, and submit 

    feedback of all 20 calls

     through the prescribed system or format.
  • Monitor field effectiveness through market visits and data validation.

3. Distributor Closing Stock Responsibility

  • Ensure 

    accurate Distributor Closing Stock reporting (mandatory)

     on a daily / periodic basis.
  • Validate stock data shared by distributors to avoid mismatch or discrepancies.

4. Stock Monitoring & Movement (Depot Level)

  • Monitor 

    stock levels and stock movement at Depot level

    .
  • Coordinate with depot, distributors, and HO to ensure timely replenishment and liquidation.
  • Prevent overstocking, stock-outs, and expiry-related losses.

5. Distributor Appointment & Area Expansion

  • Open new distributors

     in vacant or potential areas as per company expansion plans.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and initial business ramp-up.

6. Outlet Data Accuracy & Validation

  • Ensure 

    daily outlet data correction and validation

     from the team.
  • Take ownership of data accuracy uploaded by TSIs in the system.
  • Ensure zero tolerance for fake, duplicate, or incorrect outlet entries.

7. Journey Plan Management (Field Assist App)

  • Review and approve the 

    Journey Plan of TSIs (Territory Sales In-charge)

    .
  • Create, upload, and maintain own 

    Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)

     in the 

    Field Assist app

    .
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to approved PJPs.

8. Issue & Complaint Resolution

  • Handle and resolve issues and complaints related to:
    • Distributors
    • Retailers
    • Customers
    • Super Stockists
  • Ensure timely escalation and closure to maintain strong trade relationships.

9. Reporting & Corporate Coordination

  • Submit 

    timely and accurate reports

     to Corporate Office in the required format.
  • Share market updates, sales insights, stock status, and execution feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all HO reporting timelines and standards.

10. Route Sampling & Stock Rotation

  • Ensure 

    route sampling and stock rotation activities

     are executed by TSIs during market visits.
  • Monitor execution through joint working and field reviews.
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) discipline in the market.
