Job Title: Area Operations Manager Industry: Retail Experience Required: 3+ years in Retail Operations or Multi-Store Management Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Area Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will ensure high operational standards, maximize sales and profitability, and maintain strong team performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across number of stores in the assigned region. Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and implement action plans for improvement. Drive revenue growth by ensuring proper execution of sales strategies and promotional activities. Ensure adherence to company policies, and compliance standards. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess operational effectiveness and visual merchandising standards. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and key staff. Address and resolve customer complaints, store-level issues, and staff conflicts effectively. Monitor inventory management and stock control procedures to reduce shrinkage and avoid stockouts. Track KPIs and generate detailed reports for management review. Support new store launches and renovations as per timelines and budgets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage P&L responsibilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset. Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the retail industry. Proficient in MS Office and retail management software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
