Job Description We are looking for a proactive and organized Area Operations Manager to oversee operations, documentation, and field execution in Northern Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth paperwork processing for commissioned solar sites. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage all liaison and documentation related to installed solar sites. Submit required documents to respective offices and follow up with departments for approvals. Coordinate with customers for paperwork completion, inspection, and processing. Manage, schedule, and assign installation teams across the designated area. Supervise field operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of installations. Maintain strong communication with banks, electricity departments and clients. Monitor team performance and provide on-ground support to resolve operational challenges. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and quality standards. Required Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Leadership and team management experience. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or Diploma in any stream. 2–3 years of experience in operations or management, preferably in the construction, banking, automobile , or related industries.
