Area Marketing Manager

As an Area Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to achieve company sales and marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing campaigns, training new team members, and ensuring targets are met within deadlines. This role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and a willingness to travel for fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives. - Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly targets are achieved. - Recruit, train, and mentor new team members. - Execute customer acquisition and marketing campaigns in the field. - Monitor performance and report results to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. - At least 4 years of team management experience (individual sales experience alone is insufficient). - Age requirement: 27 to 35 years. Preferred Industry: Candidates from BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, or Field Marketing sectors are preferred. Skills & Qualities: - Strong leadership and team-handling ability. - Good communication and people management skills. - Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel. - Able to train, motivate, and guide team members. - Target-driven, confident, and positive attitude. Education: - Graduate (Bachelors degree) required. - MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
