Area Marketing Manager

You will be working as an Area Sales Marketing Manager in a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a company involved in the manufacturing of floor coatings. As the Area Sales Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales and marketing activities in the NCR region. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales activities within the assigned area - Develop marketing strategies to promote products and services - Build and maintain relationships with customers, including Purchase persons, Utility Persons, Architects, and Contractors - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Utilize your sales management, marketing, and strategy development skills to drive business objectives - Utilize your experience in industrial sales of products like Epoxy, PU, Lubricants, Welding Electrode, and Water Treatment Chemicals - Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers - Use your strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and secure business - Utilize your knowledge of the flooring industry and institution approval processes to gain a competitive edge Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in sales management, marketing, and strategy development - Experience in industrial sales, particularly in the mentioned product categories - Ability to interact with various stakeholders such as Purchase persons, Utility Persons, Architects, and Contractors - Strong market research and analysis abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Knowledge of the flooring industry and institution approval processes would be advantageous The company is a 1st Floor Coating manufacturing plant in NCR, established in the year 2000 and promoted by technocrats from IIT.
