Profile As an Area Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and ensuring the team achieves company sales and marketing goals. You will also plan and run marketing campaigns, train new team members, and make sure targets are met on time. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and willingness to travel for on-field work. Key Task 1. Leading and managing a team of Field Sales Executives. 2. Ensuring the team achieves daily, monthly, and yearly targets. 3. Recruiting, training, and mentoring new members. 4. Running customer acquisition and marketing campaigns in the field. 5. Monitoring performance and reporting results to senior management. Experience -: ● Minimum 7 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development . ● At least 4 years of team management experience (individual sales experience only is not enough). Age we required only in this criteria ● 27 to 35 years (strictly within this range). Preferred Industry ● Candidates from BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, or Field Marketing sectors preferred. Skill & Qualities - : ● Strong leadership and team-handling ability. ● Good communication and people management skills. ● Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel. ● Able to train, motivate, and guide team members. ● Target-driven, confident, and positive attitude. Education - : ● Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) required. ● MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. What we offer Salary & Benefits ₹6,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per year (based on experience and interview performance). Includes fixed pay + performance incentives + travel allowance.
