Area Marketing Manager

As an Area Marketing Manager at Derma, the skincare division of the leading Spanish group Puig, your mission is to lead the global marketing strategy roll-out among the priority countries of your zone. You will provide strategic direction on marketing funnel and mix. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic marketing recommendations to countries regarding product portfolio, marketing investment priorities, annual trade plan, merchandising, go-to-market activations, pricing, etc. - Ensuring efficient brand equity representation and implementation across countries by creating brand launch tool kits and guidelines. - Contributing to local budget construction and efficient "glocal" marketing adaptations. - Liaising between global and local teams, working closely with markets, spreading best practices, and collecting relevant local feedback. - Monthly European sell-out analysis and developing country tracking tools. - Driving POS Material stock with internal services and countries, approving local designs, and adapting merchandising local guidelines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master in Marketing/Business School - Strategic thinking and fast-decision making skills - Result-oriented and business-minded approach - Good knowledge of Dermo-cosmetics market - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong capacity to convince and negotiate - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - Bilingual in French, fluent in English, 3rd language is a plus - Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operational Marketing department - International experience is a plus Soft skills required for this role: - Very good interpersonal skills and a sense of service - Leadership qualities - Autonomy, structure, rigor, and organization - Excellent communication skills - Positive team spirit with a solution-oriented, dynamic, and optimistic mindset.,
