• Recruit, train, and lead a team of

• Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to ensure operational excellence.
  
• Ensure field team adheres to safety and service protocols.
  

• Target Achievement:

• Plan and execute activities to

  achieve monthly targets

  for acres sprayed, farmer adoption, and revenue generation.
• Track daily operations and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
  
• Report progress against KPIs to the Regional Manager.
  

• Operations & Deployment:

• Coordinate deployment of spraying machines (e.g., boom sprayers) in assigned areas.
  
• Ensure proper maintenance, scheduling, and uptime of machines.
  

• Farmer Engagement:

• Promote mechanized spraying services to farmers and FPOs.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
  

• Process & Compliance:

• Ensure all field operations comply with company SOPs and government guidelines.
  
• Maintain accurate service records, farmer feedback, and operational logs.
  

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Agriculture / Engineering / Rural Management or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in agri-machinery operations, agri-tech, rural services, or input sales.
  
• Experience in

  managing field teams

  and achieving

  sales/service targets

  .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and in rural/agriculture-based geographies.
  
• Basic understanding of agri-machinery (e.g.,boom sprayers) is preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
