Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and drive business performance across assigned key account stores.
  • Handle and lead a team of

    20+ sales staff

    .
  • Ensure regular

    training of existing staff

    and

    recruitment of new staff

    for counters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key account partners and ensure brand standards are followed.
  • Monitor sales targets, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Work on

    weekends and peak business days

    to maximize sales performance.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:

    Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience:

    2 to 5 years of experience handling

    apparel brands

    in a

    Key Accounts / Modern Trade format

  • Proven experience in

    large team management

  • Strong communication skills in

    English and the local regional language

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
