Role & responsibilities Manage and drive business performance across assigned key account stores. Handle and lead a team of 20+ sales staff . Ensure regular training of existing staff and recruitment of new staff for counters. Maintain strong relationships with key account partners and ensure brand standards are followed. Monitor sales targets, productivity, and operational excellence. Work on weekends and peak business days to maximize sales performance. Travel within the assigned territory as required. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate (mandatory) Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience handling apparel brands in a Key Accounts / Modern Trade format Proven experience in large team management Strong communication skills in English and the local regional language Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
