Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Ludhiana. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations within their designated area, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, coordinating with clients, troubleshooting, and reporting to senior management. The role demands effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven sales track record
• Experience in overseeing operations, Sales and project management
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Industry experience in elevator or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
• Willingness to be located in Ludhiana
