Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day field operations for the collections team.
Ensuring the collection of dues from customers.
Responsible for the improvement of the credit portfolio in the location by improving collections.
Building, coaching, and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.

Ability to manage relationships with loan defaulters and navigate operational complexities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

Achievement of collection targets across the due months.
Timely completion of all operational activities.
Early identification and resolution of customer disputes.

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with 5 8 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Fintech.
Proven experience in collections and recovery (NPA) for MSME, Corporate Lending, or Business Loans.
Must have handled a field team of 15 20 executives.
Proficiency in at least two southern languages, specifically Tamil and Telugu
Experience in leveraging legal tools and liaising with police officials and other authorities will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong leadership, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills.
