 Area Manager - Business Loans - DMS 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires collaborative work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and maintaining professional networks with subject matter experts. The role involves tracking and maintaining business profitability by ensuring all metrics are in control to achieve business targets.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • System enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
  • Delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier and call center service.
  • Delivery of volume from new identified channels like digital and CIBIL watch.
  • Daily system/process support to the sales team.
  • Preparation and rollout of daily business MIS.
  • Monthly incentive calculation and rollout.
  • Contest calculation and rollout.
  • Liaison with HR team for activities like R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
  • Tracking and managing on-roll & off-roll headcount and productivity.
  • Liaison with Risk team for offer generation, policy changes, etc.
  • Classroom training and training over call for any new enhancement or changes in product/processes.
  • Allocation of monthly offer base to sales/call center team.
  • Conducting various business meetings such as ZSM/RSM meetings and contest-based trips.
  • Managing portfolio metricsensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking EWS location management.
  • Managing various vendorsensuring timely onboarding and calculation of payout.
  • Providing monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
  • Providing annual inputs for LRS & AOP deck preparation.

  • Rollout of new system enhancements/customer communication across various channels.

  • Connect with various internal departments (COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections & Compliance).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience   Skills and Knowledge: 
  • Graduate / Post Graduate degree.
  • Good command in Microsoft Office suite.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Result oriented with a go-getter attitude.
  • Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command over communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious and self-motivated.
