Area Manager

Key responsibilities

• Franchise support and development: Provide ongoing operational support, guidance, and training to existing and new franchisees.
• Performance management: Monitor franchise performance using key metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all franchisees adhere to company standards, operational guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Relationship management: Act as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
• Marketing and sales: Assist in the development and rollout of marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Strategic planning: Collaborate with franchisees on business strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is often preferred.
• Several years of experience in franchise management, business development, or a related role is typically required.
• Proven experience in relationship management and driving business growth.
