Job Description – Area Manager (Petrol Pump Express Kiosks) Job Purpose: To ensure smooth, profitable, and standardized operations across all MCC Express kiosks located within HPCL petrol pumps in the Hyderabad region. The Area Manager will act as the key link between franchise operations, the MCC brand operations team, and the on-ground kiosk staff — ensuring consistency in quality, hygiene, customer service, sales growth, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily outlet visits as per rotation plan (minimum 4 outlets/day). • Ensure outlets open on time, follow SOPs, and maintain hygiene and quality. • Check daily stock, wastage, and verify consumption vs. sales. • Track daily and weekly sales and implement corrective actions. • Recruit, train, and retain kiosk staff; manage rosters and attendance. • Coordinate with HPCL site managers for smooth operations. • Liaise with MCC operations team for supply, menu updates, and issues. • Resolve customer complaints on the same day. • Submit daily operational and sales reports by 8 PM.

Job Description – Franchise Area Manager We are looking for a Franchise Area Manager to manage and support multiple Mumbai Chai Café franchise outlets. The role focuses on operational supervision, franchise support, brand standards implementation, sales growth, and ensuring each outlet follows company policies and SOPs.
