Job Post: Area Manager – Facility Management Company for Industrial Clients

Experience Required: Minimum 7-10 years’ experience of Area Manager or similar experience in Hospitality/Facility Management/ Food/ Restaurant Industry etc.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage facility management operations across designated locations.

· Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

· Supervise and support on-site teams to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

· Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.

· Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in facility management or a related industry, with at least 5 Years in a managerial role.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in using MS Office, and reporting tools.

· Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

Salary Package: CTC of Rs. 35,000-45,000 monthly.
