Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting market research. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance business development initiatives and generate leads. The candidate will also be involved in analyzing market trends and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research and Market Analysis
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or SaaS industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
