Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirupati for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations of the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, developing and executing sales strategies, visiting schools, and conducting presentations to stakeholders. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team, providing feedback to management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
