Job Title: Dealer Management and Development Manager Job Summary: The Dealer Management and Development Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations by leading and assigning targets to the sales team, developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance sales and increase market share, and fostering strong dealer relationships. The role requires strong business acumen, product knowledge, and the ability to drive customer-centric service operations while motivating and guiding the team to deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Management & Sales: Manage dealer network by assigning sales targets and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of business goals. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and expanding market share in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and competitor offerings to provide effective guidance to dealers and sales teams. Business & Commercial Acumen: Understand financial aspects of the business including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability to make informed decisions. Service Management: Ensure a customer-centric service environment within the area office to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external parties, balancing the objectives of the organization and the needs of other stakeholders. People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and service teams to achieve set targets and foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Proven experience in dealer management, sales, and marketing within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Good understanding of financial and commercial aspects of business Skills:Strategic planning and execution Market analysis and competitive intelligence Customer relationship management Team leadership and development Financial literacy related to sales and business operations
