Customer Management: Manage relationships and transactions with other parties, balancing the objectives of both the organization and its partners. People Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the team to deliver results consistently and meet business goals. Financial Engagement: Collaborate with financers to build a supportive ecosystem that enhances vehicle sales volume and facilitates customer purchases.
