Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager located in Chennai. The Area Business Manager will manage and oversee daily operations and performance of the business in their designated area. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, achieving sales targets, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be expected to conduct market research, analyze data, and report on performance metrics.

• Strong Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent Analytical and Data Analysis skills
• Effective Communication and Leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
