Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur for an Area Business Manager at HDFC Life. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and developing the sales team, meeting sales targets, and expanding the market presence in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include implementing business strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
• Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to implement effective business strategies
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in the local language and familiarity with the regional market
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
