Area Business Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Area Business Manager to represent Biocent Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and medical practitioners, in their assigned territory. You will also help expand the reach of our products and contribute to the company's growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key medical professionals and decision-makers.

· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Regularly visit existing and potential customers to maintain relationships and generate new business opportunities.

· Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.

· Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer visits, sales, and feedback.

· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.

· Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not required.

· Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Goal-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused approach.

· Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
