Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bundi for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will oversee and drive sales performance within the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with Financial Consultants, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and development of the sales team, providing necessary training, implementing strategies to expand market reach, and ensuring seamless customer service. This role will also involve periodic sales analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Sales and team management skills, including the ability to drive territory-level sales objectives
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical abilities for performance monitoring and market understanding
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in using sales management tools and software
• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment
