Job Description

Sales Operations Management:

Oversee all sales activities within the country to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual targets and drive revenue growth.

Market Penetration and Strategy Development:

Create and implement region-specific strategies to increase market penetration and expand customer base.

Identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages in key domestic markets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers to drive sales.

Provide ongoing support to distributors and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordination of Sales Events:

Coordinate and actively participate in roadshows, demos, and exhibitions to showcase company products and strengthen brand presence.

Leverage sales events to generate leads, build market awareness, and increase sales.

Team Coordination and Performance Monitoring:

Lead and manage the domestic sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achieving sales targets.

Monitor YQM and TAP for the team to evaluate performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
