Job Description We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager & Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in pneumatics and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technical sales, application support, and business development while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets & revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans. Identify & capitalize on new market opportunities while maintaining strong presence in existing accounts. Drive sales through product presentations, demonstrations & application engineering support. Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts & terms to maximize profitability. Customer & Application Support: Provide technical support & application consultation to customers on Pneumatic Components & Automation solutions. Recommend customized product solutions based on customer requirements. Resolve customer queries, complaints & provide after-sales support efficiently. Sales Process Management & CRM: Maintain customer interactions, sales data, and reports in CRM. Enter, update, and track sales activities, inquiries & follow-ups systematically. Provide regular sales forecasts, revenue reports & expense reports to the management team. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with regional & zonal sales teams to drive joint strategies & customer acquisition plans. Support training & development of junior sales engineers and sales representatives. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity & market shifts to stay ahead. Provide insights on new product opportunities, pricing strategies & business expansion plans. Key Requirements: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Pneumatics/Industrial Automation. Strong technical understanding of pneumatic cylinders, valves, air preparation units, grippers, actuators, and solenoid technology. Ability to communicate, present & influence effectively at all levels of an organization. Experience in technical sales presentations, business negotiations & handling enterprise accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM systems (Preferably Sugar CRM). Strong problem-solving & analytical skills with a business-oriented mind set. Why Join Pneumax India? Department: Sales Location: Pune, Baddi, Jaipur Experience: 2-5 years in technical/component sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose: To drive sales of electronic/mechanical components by identifying and converting leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory/industry segment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the component sales space. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable component solutions. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations. Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate solutions and post-sales support. Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in B2B/component sales (electronic/mechanical/industrial). Strong understanding of component specifications and customer applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with distributors or manufacturers of electronic/mechanical components. Knowledge of the local/regional component market.
