Archivist & Chemical Store Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Archival Management (OECD GLP)

• Manage study-related and operational document archiving as per OECD GLP guidelines.
• Ensure accurate classification, indexing, storage, and retrieval of records.
• Verify completeness and traceability of documents before archiving.
• Conduct regular audits of archival systems for compliance.
• Coordinate with Study Directors, study personnel, and stakeholders for timely archiving and record retrieval.

Chemical Store & Inventory Management

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of chemicals, reagents, solvents, and consumables.
• Maintain real-time inventory logs, batch details, and consumption records.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams for accurate usage documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and raise procurement requests as needed.
• Ensure safe storage and adherence to laboratory safety guidelines.

Invoicing & Documentation

• Record and verify invoices for all materials received at KRDC.
• Ensure compliance between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation for finance and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, vendors, and end-users for timely processing.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of OECD GLP archival systems.
• Experience in chemical inventory management.
• Good understanding of chemical handling and laboratory safety norms.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory tools.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
