Master’s in Urban Planning / Housing / Urban Design
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
from a recognized institution

Experience:

Minimum
7+ years of professional experience
in urban planning, design, concept plan preparation, and feasibility studies.

Salary:

Negotiable
, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop concept plans, feasibility reports, and detailed urban design proposals.
Undertake site planning and master planning assignments in coordination with municipal and project teams.
Prepare and review CAD drawings and planning layouts.
Conduct field visits, data collection, and analysis to support planning proposals.
Ensure designs and plans comply with relevant urban development standards and regulations.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including Nagar Nigam officials and consultants, for project execution.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for client submission.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and related design software.
Strong understanding of
urban planning principles, zoning, and development control norms
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
