Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closure, ensuring

successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, to track

progress and ensure adherence to project goals.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives,

scope, and deliverables.

• Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying

and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior

management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring costeffective resource allocation.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance,

support, and motivation to project team members.

• Conduct regular project meetings, facilitating effective communication and decisionmaking.

• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the

project lifecycle.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.

• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.

• Industry of Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in architecture and design.

• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is must.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to

work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask

and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Should have work experience in villa and residential architecture
