Architect Project Lead

Your key responsibilities in this role include: - Leading and managing all project aspects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Developing and maintaining project plans to track progress and ensure adherence to project goals. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Monitoring and controlling project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies. - Communicating project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management for transparency and alignment. - Managing project budget, forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. - Fostering a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members. - Conducting regular project meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. - Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and maintenance of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Qualifications for this role: - Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Master's degree preferred. - Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology. - Industry Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in architecture and design. - Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is a must. - Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
