Job Summary:

Architect Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and documentation of office fit out projects.
• Develop innovative and functional office layouts that optimize space utilization and align with client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Participate in design presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and solutions.
• Oversee

  Civil & Interior (C&I) finishing works

  , ensuring high-quality standards in materials, workmanship, and detailing.
• Conduct

  quality control (QC) checks

  at all project stages including finishing, installation, and handover.
• Ensure all C&I activities align with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve finishing and QC-related site issues.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, site inspection logs, and snag/defect lists, ensuring timely rectification before handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture

  or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in

  Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software

  .
• Strong understanding of

  office design principles, space planning, and workplace ergonomics

  .
• Experience working on

  corporate office spaces, coworking environments, and commercial interiors

  .
• Knowledge of

  local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards

  .
