Job Overview

As a Solution Architect for Time and Absence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for our time and absence management systems. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. Your role will involve creating high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise, providing technical leadership and support to your team, and staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.This role requires a solution architect with deep understanding of the end-to-end process for Time and Labor, Payroll processing, and related Finance aspects. The candidate should be able to design solutions at the system level.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR and Absence Management.
  • Provide expert advice and consulting in the design and implementation of HR systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting quality and time objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and its functionalities.
  • Core HR: The candidate should have a strong background in Core HR processes and systems.
  • Absence Management: The candidate must have experience in managing and implementing absence management systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Consulting: Experience in providing expert advice in a particular area such as security, management, IT, etc.
  • Software Configuration: Ability to configure software to suit the needs of the organization.
  • HDL: Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) to load bulk data into Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Programming/Software Development: Experience in developing software or writing code in various languages.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
