Role Overview: As a Solution Architect for Time and Absence, your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for time and absence management systems. Working closely with various teams, you will translate their needs into functional requirements. Your tasks will include creating high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems. In addition, you will troubleshoot any arising issues, provide technical leadership and support to your team, and keep yourself updated on the latest industry trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR and Absence Management. - Provide expert advice and consulting in the design and implementation of HR systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements. - Ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality and time objectives. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a deep understanding of its functionalities. - Strong background in Core HR processes and systems. - Experience in managing and implementing absence management systems. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
