About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution Architect to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for a leading mining company. The role will focus on Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and analysis of the current legacy ERP system and define detailed business requirements.

• Design and architect the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution for Financials and SCM modules.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and map business processes.

• Provide guidance on ERP best practices, system configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.

• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support.

• Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure solution alignment with organizational objectives.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly in Financials and SCM modules.

• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirement analysis, and ERP assessments.

• Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing module.

• Experience in the mining or natural resources industry.

• Hands-on knowledge of integration approaches with other enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with data migration and change management practices.

• Oracle certifications in relevant modules (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing).
