Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Design

Power Platform solutions
Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Custom Pages) using Dataverse and Azure Services.
Copilot Studio
ALM best practices

2. Integration & Development

Lead integrations between Power Platform and D365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and third-party systems.
Design low-code/no-code extensions for D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance.
Copilot experiences

3. AI & Copilot Enablement

Utilize AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI to automate classification, extraction, predictions, and conversational flows.
Drive adoption of Copilot capabilities across D365 modules (Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, Finance Copilot).
AI/ML use cases

4. Governance & Best Practices

Define standards for architecture, Power Platform CoE, and environment strategy.
Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and performance optimization guidelines.
Mentor development teams on best practices for design, automation, and deployment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Core Power Platform

Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven)
Power Fx

Dynamics 365

D365 CE modules
Understanding of D365 data models, plugin architecture, and integration patterns.

Copilot & AI Enablement

Copilot Studio
Familiarity with Copilot for Power Apps, D365, Power Automate, and prompt engineering concepts.

Architecture & Integration

Strong understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).
ALM pipelines
Deep knowledge of Power Platform security, DLP policies, and governance frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills

Microsoft Certifications such as:
- PL-600 - Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Experience delivering Copilot-enabled enterprise apps across industries.
Exposure to large-scale migration, modernization, and multi-tenant architecture.
Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents (legacy), RPA with Power Automate Desktop, and AI orchestrations.
