Position: Architect (4–7 Years Experience) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Company: Aakriti Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Architecture About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 4–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in design development , GFC (Good for Construction) drawings , and should be well-versed in working on high-rise residential and gated community projects , preferably incorporating modern and trending technologies in design and construction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare working drawings , GFC sets , and detailed construction plans based on project requirements and site conditions. Collaborate with project architects and cross-functional teams on day-to-day design coordination, execution, and documentation. Assist in project conceptualization , master planning, and architectural design aligned with client requirements and statutory norms. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project development. Ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and practical construction viability. Stay updated with modern design trends , materials, sustainability standards, and digital architecture tools. Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in: AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit Architecture (preferred for BIM coordination) SketchUp (for quick massing and 3D visualization) MS Office and Photoshop (added advantage) Understanding of building bye-laws , NBC, and local development regulations. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven attitude. Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects efficiently. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in high-rise residential or gated community developments. Exposure to innovative materials , green building concepts , and modern facade treatments .
