Job Title: Architect Experience: 3+ years Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Architect with a passion for innovative design and sustainable practices. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development to construction documentation and implementation. 2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their requirements. 3. Develop and maintain project designs, plans, and documentation 4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and inform design decisions. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure project coordination and integration. 6. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. 7. Develop and manage project timelines, 8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members through presentations, reports, and meetings. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and other relevant software. 4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles. 5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 6. Portfolio showcasing relevant projects and design expertise.
