Draftsman/woman

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings and designs for various projects, using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools. The Senior Draftsman will work closely with the design team to ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and modify detailed drawings and designs: Use CAD software and other drafting tools to create and modify detailed drawings and designs for various projects, including architectural, engineering, and construction projects.

2. Develop and maintain project documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.

3. Collaborate with design team: Work closely with the design team to ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and meet the required standards.

4. Conduct quality checks: Conduct quality checks on drawings and designs to ensure that they meet the required standards and are free from errors.

5. Mentor junior draftsmen: Mentor and guide junior draftsmen to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CAD software and other drafting tools.

7. Meet deadlines: Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings and designs on time.

8. Communicate with clients: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with updates on project progress.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm. Should be familiar with Sketch Up.

2. CAD skills: Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.

3. Drafting skills: Strong drafting skills, with the ability to create detailed drawings and designs.

4. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to conduct quality checks and ensure that drawings are accurate and complete.

5. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the design team and communicate with clients.

6. Team player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.

7. Time management skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings and designs on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in drafting or a related field: Diploma or degree in drafting or a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction.

2. Certification: Certification in CAD software or a related field, such as Autodesk Certified User (ACU) or similar.

3. Experience with other drafting tools: Experience with other drafting tools, such as SketchUp

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
