We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, a keen interest in architecture, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative studio environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects from concept development to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing architectural concepts, working drawings, and presentation material. - Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering and other tools to develop detailed design and documentation. - Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations. - Willingness to work in shifts is required. Key Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering tool and Adobe Creative Suite. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in spoken/ written English and internet skills a must. - Basic understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing. - Enthusiasm for learning and ability to take initiative. Education: - Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
