Key Responsibilities:

• Government Portal Management: Handle the activation and management of government portals in KSA
• Liaise with Authorities: Coordinate directly with government ministries and regulators to resolve work-related issues and obtain necessary clarifications.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to track work progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution.
• Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients when required—providing updates, gathering details, and addressing queries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records in department trackers and reports related to government processes and internal tasks.
• Follow-up & Resolution: Follow up on pending items with both government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
• Compliance Support: Assist internal departments with official document handling, renewals, and compliance.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as assigned by your reporting manager based on business requirements or operational needs.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year experience in PRO or similar roles, preferably in KSA
• Familiarity with government portals and regulations in KSA
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a plus
