Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our documentation, translation, and government-related processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong Arabic and English language skills and be able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, translate, and review official documents in Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Manage and update content on Saudi Arabia–specific online portals and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate government-related documentation and submissions.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the company’s ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with strong language and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
